A person’s participation in Fresno/Madera Youth for Christ activities implies permission for Fresno/Madera Youth for Christ to use photos/videos without the express written permission of each person who is included in the photo/video.
However, we understand that some people may prefer not to have their image used publicly and we respect their wishes. Persons attending an event who do not wish to have their image for (or their child’s image) recorded for public use or distribution should make their wishes known in writing; Fresno/Madera Youth for Christ will make every reasonable effort to exclude the indicated individuals from photographs and video recordings.
In addition, should a photo or video in which any person is prominently featured be used by Fresno/Madera Youth for Christ, that person’s parent/guardian may contact the office at 559.237.4741 or hello@yfcnow.org and request that such photographic/video image be removed from public display.
Campus Life, City Life, Group Life, and Juvenile Justice Ministry are common names for the organization, which is officially known as Fresno/Madera Youth for Christ.
